-All Kickstand bikes for sale are ONLY at our Holston shop, 4630 Holston Drive. There are NO for sale bikes at our Broadway and Vestal shops.
-Our current Holston shop hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 1-4pm. Slight extensions outside our hours based on volunteer availability may be possible with advance notice. Try to come within our open hours first.
-All bike reservations are by appointment and first-come, first-serve.
-We are unable to take online payments through our website, but accept cash, check, Venmo and PayPal at the shop.
-We cannot deliver bikes, but someone is welcome to pick a bike up for you on your behalf.
-All e-bike batteries come with a 6-month warranty from Kickstand.
-We no longer have a phone number. The one you found online is no longer in use.
